Description

An exclusive sandstone nest. Sandstone is a beautiful, interesting and expensive material for a nest. Thanks to its excellent hygroscopic properties, it retains moisture well. The material is hard enough that none of the commonly available ants in the market should be able to chew through it. The only ant we know of that should not be allowed in without additional protection is Trichomyrmex destructor. The nest features two openings for a 10mm tube and one watering hole at the back.
