Terms and Conditions of the Online Store

§ 1

• 1. Preliminary Provisions

The online store AntsInvasion, available at the internet addresses antsinvasion.pl and antsinvasion.eu, is operated by the company PHU Krystian Solga, registered in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG) maintained by the minister responsible for the economy, NIP 6312620827, REGON 389989995.
2. 3. This Regulation is addressed to both Consumers and Entrepreneurs using the Store and defines the rules for using the online store and the principles and procedure for concluding distance sales contracts with the Customer through the Store.

§ 2

• 2. Definitions

1. Consumer - a natural person entering into an agreement with the Seller within the Store, whose subject matter is not directly related to their business or professional activity.
2. Seller - PHU Krystian Solga, registered in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG) maintained by the minister responsible for the economy, NIP 6312620827, REGON 389989995.
3. Customer - any entity making purchases through the Store.
4. Entrepreneur - a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit not being a legal person, to whom a separate law grants legal capacity, conducting business on their own behalf, using the Store.
5. Store - an online store operated by the Seller at the internet addresses antsinvasion.pl and antsinvasion.eu.
6. Distance Sales Agreement - an agreement concluded with the Customer within an organized system for concluding distance agreements (within the Store), without the simultaneous physical presence of the parties, using one or more means of distance communication until the conclusion of the agreement.
7. Regulation - this store regulation.
8. Order - the Customer's declaration of intent made using the Order Form and directly aimed at concluding a Sales Agreement for a Product or Products with the Seller.
9. Account - the customer's account in the Store, where data provided by the Customer and information about Orders placed by them in the Store are stored.
10. Registration Form - the form available in the Store, allowing the creation of an Account.
11. Order Form - an interactive form available in the Store, allowing the placement of an Order, in particular by adding Products to the Cart and specifying the conditions of the Sales Agreement, including the method of delivery and payment.
12. Cart - a software element of the Store where selected Products for purchase are visible, and it is also possible to specify and modify Order data, especially the quantity of products.
13. Product - a movable item/service available in the Store that is the subject of a Sales Agreement between the Customer and the Seller.
14. Sales Agreement - a sales agreement for a Product concluded or to be concluded between the Customer and the Seller through the online Store. The Sales Agreement also includes - with regard to the characteristics of the Product - a service agreement and a work contract.

§ 4

Technical Requirements

To use the Store, including browsing the Store's assortment and placing orders for Products, the following are necessary:

• an end device with internet access and a web browser,
• an active email account,
• enabled support for cookies.

§ 5

• 4. General Information

1. The Seller is not liable to the fullest extent permitted by law for disruptions, including interruptions in the functioning of the Store caused by force majeure, unauthorized actions of third parties, or incompatibility of the online store with the Customer's technical infrastructure.
2. Browsing the Store's assortment does not require creating an Account. Placing orders by the Customer for Products available in the Store is possible either after creating an Account in accordance with the provisions of § 6 of the Regulations or by providing the necessary personal and address data enabling the execution of the Order without creating an Account.
3. The prices given in the Store are gross prices (including VAT).
4. The final amount payable by the Customer consists of the price for the Product and the cost of delivery (including fees for transport, delivery, and postal services), which the Customer is informed about on the Store's pages during the Order placement, including at the moment of expressing the will to conclude the Sales Agreement by the Customer.
5. In the case of an Agreement covering a subscription or the provision of services for an indefinite period, the final amount is the total price including all payments for the settlement period.
6. If the nature of the subject matter of the Agreement does not allow, reasonably, for the earlier calculation of the final price, information on how the price will be calculated, as well as on the costs of transport, delivery, postal services, and other costs, will be provided in
