Description

A highly unusual and fascinating species. It has a very flat body, which it uses to its advantage by blending in with rocks, for example. Sources provide conflicting information regarding its difficulty level, but it seems that these isopods simply reproduce slowly and do not prefer high humidity. We have several populations of this species, and none of them have posed any problems.

"Het white" means that lighter individuals appear in the population. We have not yet seen completely white ones, but in the population from which we separated our 20 specimens, such individuals have been observed.
