Description
Hydrogel is a fascinating substance containing sodium polyacrylate – an organic chemical compound characterized by a very high capacity to bind significant amounts of water. Once water is absorbed, it transforms into a jelly-like substance that not only holds moisture for a long time, but is also edible and lasts for an extended period. Ideal for animals where low air humidity needs to be maintained, but constant access to water is required – for example, in ant outworlds or in cockroach/feeder insect boxes.
Hydrogel is available in 4 variants:
5 ml – approximately 3 g of powder, sufficient for about 1 liter of finished product
12 ml – approximately 10 g of powder, sufficient for about 3 liters of finished product
50 ml – approximately 40 g of powder, sufficient for about 10 liters of finished product
100 ml – approximately 80 g of powder, sufficient for about 20 liters of finished product
High purity – free of additives and fillers.
Certified – certificate of analysis from a Polish laboratory.
Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) available – safe for animals.
